- Preparation for functional medicine labs
- Access to unlimited resources, including handouts, meal planning, and other programs
Month 2:
- 60 minute wellness check-in call
- Weekly check-ins for progress and address any questions (email, call, text)
- Lab interpretations and coaching when results come available
- Updated precision protocols and wellness plans based on lab results and any other lifestyle changes
Months 3-9:
- 60 minute wellness check-in call
- Weekly check-ins for progress and address any questions (email, call, text)
- Updated precision protocols and wellness plans based on lab results and any other lifestyle changes
- On-going maintenance & exploration into advanced health practices (anti-aging and longevity, brain health protocols, and more)
